You can validate data entered in to cell in Excel 2016. Learn how to validate for entry of whole numbers only in to a cell or range of cells. Also learn how to allow decimal values in to a cell or range of cells. When validating the data entered in to a cell you can display a informational message to the user if invalid value is entered or give a hard error message and user has to correct the value. If invalid values are allowed to enter excel allows to circle the cells containing invalid values.
