Description from the creator

fitforafeast.com We had some requests to do a video on back rolls. You may have seen some of these moves in our dances. These are also used in gymnastics floor routines. We show the basic back roll as well as a straddle roll and a split leg roll. Be sure to practice this on a soft surface & an open area so you don't knock anything!

If you want to work on back flexibility, check out the stretches and tips on this video: youtube.com/watch?v=0a4Xng4jYRk

Doing backbends and bridges will also help your back get flexible. See more on backbends here: youtube.com/watch?v=a8JWgwZ_4Qc

If you want to learn donut rolls or chest stands, view our advanced chest stand video: youtube.com/watch?v=-NbSXC1l644
