1 Choose Your LLC Name. - Choose the name that best fits your LLC. It is highly recommended that you choose a name that matches your industry and that is brand-able.
Search the Wyoming LLC Database to make sure the name you have chosen is not already registered.
2 Apply For LLC. - In Wyoming, to apply for an LLC you must completely fill-in an Articles of Organization. After you have completely filled in the application, follow the steps below.
Attach a check in the amount of $100.00 payable to the 'Secretary of State'
Send Articles of Organization and Filing to the following address: State Capitol, Building Room 110, 200 West 24th Street, Cheyenne, WY 82002-0020
3 Wait for LLC. - You will have to wait approximately 5 to 7 business days for your LLC to arrive. The LLC will be sent to the address that is listed as your principal mailing address for your company.
4 Apply for an EIN Number. - If you will be getting a bank account for your LLC or will have more than 1 member, you will need an Employer Identification Number. You can apply online, it is free, and only takes about 10 minutes.
Apply for EIN Number.

Tips
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Highly recommended to have an LLC operating agreement.
