How to lube treadmill deck/belt. I use silicone based lubricant directly from the treadmill manufacturer. My treadmill is a Sole F85, but the process is the same for most treadmills. My treadmill gets used pretty hard as I use it to train for marathons. During the winter months, I run on it for an hour or two a day, seven days a week. So it takes a beating. If you maintain your treadmill, it should last for thousands of miles.
