Description from the creator

Dr. Rowe shows how to fix bad upper back posture for good with easy, AT HOME exercises.

In today's world, bad posture is everywhere. Think using cell phones, computers, driving... you name it. This hunched forward posture over time can cause a lot of issues including upper BACK PAIN, rounded shoulders, and an unsightly upper back curve (hyper-kyphosis aka hunchback).

In this video, we're going to tackle bad upper back posture by focusing on stretching everything out, especially the chest (pectoralis or pec) and upper back (rhomboids) muscles.

Additionally, we're going to help get rid of upper back posture for good by then strengthening the upper back muscles and joints, so we have a STRONGER support system that will help maintain good upright back posture throughout the day.

The great part is all these EASY upper back posture stretches and exercises can be done at home, and don't require any special equipment other than a towel or a broomstick.

WATCH now and fix upper back posture for good!
