Description from the creator

How to wrap your hands for Boxing.

Wrapping your hands is an important step in preparing for a boxing training session. Hand wraps provide added support and protection for the bones and ligaments in your hands and wrists, helping to prevent injuries such as sprains and fractures. They also help to keep your knuckles properly aligned, which can reduce the risk of knuckle injuries and improve the effectiveness of your punches. Additionally, hand wraps help to absorb sweat and keep your hands dry, which can improve your grip and help you maintain proper form during your training. It is important to learn the proper technique for wrapping your hands, which typically involves wrapping the wrist, the base of the thumb, and the knuckles multiple times before tucking the end of the wrap into the wrap itself to secure it in place.
