A fencer in Oblivion is a fast word fighter. All of the skill points are put into speed and sword fighting. This creates the dynamic of running and fighting instead of fighting and tanking. I actually really like this character, and may use a build like him in the future. Overall, for the advanced players, I would highly suggest using the Fencer in the Elder Scrolls 4.
