Description from the creator

Sprouting beans and seeds at home is incredibly easy and much more cost effective than buying them.
Sprouts are living food and rich in nutrients, enzymes, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and fibre. Sprouts have the best enzyme activity at their 7th day so if you can wait that long, try it!

This How-To shows you how to sprout mung beans in 4 days but you could also go for 5-7 days if you want a longer sprout tail and greater enzyme activity.

If you don't have a sprouting jar with a mesh lid you could use cheesecloth with a rubber band or a leftover pasta sauce/pickle jar with holes poked in the lid. You could also use a strainer and leave it resting in your sink.

The most commonly sprouted seeds and beans:
Alfalfa
Chickpea
Mung beans
Lentils
Adzuki beans
Mustard seeds
Sunflower seeds
Buckwheat
Broccoli seeds
Radish seeds (they have a nice spicy kick)
Snow peas

Try it out and let me know how it goes for you! Good luck!
