Description from the creator

Looking for a stretch for your quadriceps? Here's how to do a Static Standing Quadriceps Stretch. Tuck the pelvis, tighten the abdominals, and squeeze the glutes. Shift the entire body frontwards until a stretch is felt in the front of the hip and front of the thigh. To enhance this stretch, hold this position and then rotate the chest away from the front leg.
