Description from the creator

The Tuck Jump is a powerful plyometric move that fires up your legs—hitting the glutes, hamstrings, and quads—while instantly spiking your heart rate.

Here’s how to do it properly with power and control:
1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent.
2. Swing your arms back as you hinge at the hips, then explode straight up, driving your knees toward your chest.
3. Tap your knees with your hands at the top of the jump.
4. Absorb the impact by landing with bent knees, keeping your core engaged.
5. Keep your elbows bent, arms in front, and focus on driving those knees up high with every rep.
6. Repeat for reps and feel the burn! 🔥
