Description from the creator

The stability ball crunch exercise is a great exercise focusing on your obliques and lower back. Crunching on a stability ball also brings smaller muscles that stabilise the spine into action. So it's a more diverse workout for the core and can really help you tone up your abdominal muscles.

Oblique crunches can improve your lateral stability, increasing your overall core strength, which can effectively decrease your chance of back injury.

Starting Position:
- Lie sideways with one hip on top of the swiss ball.
- Place your top foot on the floor in front of your bottom foot in a staggered stance
- Place your top hands behind your head

Movement:
- Crunch upward with your upper body
- bringing your upper body in towards your hip
- Return to the starting position and repeat
- Repeat this movement with both sides for an even workout.
