PrintScreen helps you to capture a screenshot of your computer screen and you can edit it and send it to any customer support team or to any Facebook group. You can use this without any specific applications.
In laptops, there is no fixed key for the print screen. Print screen keys on the laptop are different in different model laptops. In some computers, a separate key is provided for the print screen. But in some other model laptops, this print screen key is the same as the 'Insert' Key. You have to press the shift key or fn key to use the print screen button. Print screen in windows and print screen in MacBook are using totally different methods. Anyway, if you notice, you can find a key named 'PrtScr', or 'PrtScr/SysRq' button on your windows laptop keyboard. This key is used to copy the screen image to the clipboard. Now you can paste this image from the clipboard to any other applications like ms word, MSPaint, etc...
For example here, you open 'run' and type 'MSPaint' and enter.
now you can paste in MSPaint using the edit menu or using the 'Ctrl+V' button.
after that, you can save your captured screenshot picture file with any name.
If the print screen SysRq not working, you have to press both Fn and PrntScr buttons..
