How to Dive Roll - Parkour Tutorial @Camp Woodward - Tapp Brothers

Today we got the opportunity to check out and play around at the Camp Woodward park. It’s Soo epic here and we showing you how to learn your dive roll!

The dive roll is an advanced parkour move. You will want to master your parkour roll first before attempting your dive roll.

Unlike a gymnastics dive roll, where you roll straight over your spine. The Pakrour dive roll has you roll diagonally over one shoulder to the opposite hip.

This allows us to safely roll on harder surfaces in parkour without causing injury to our back.

Follow these progressions and technique steps and master your dive roll!
