Hello, my name is Chris. In this video, I will show you how to duplicate USB flash drives and files and folders to USB flash drives using the FlashCraft™ software for Mac computers.

[USB Flash Drive and Files & Folders Duplication explanation]
FlashCraft™ software allows you to duplicate USB flash drives, folders, and their accompanying files and subfolders to USB flash drives on your Mac computer.

[USB Flash Drive and Files & Folders Duplication]
If you are duplicating a USB flash drive, insert your source USB flash drive into a USB port of your Mac. If you are duplicating files and folders, you will need to create a source folder containing the desired individual files and subfolders prior to duplication. NOTE: The source folder will serve as the root directory on the target drives and the source folder’s name will be the target drives’ volume name after duplication. Click “Choose” of the “Contents” section on the Control Panel. Navigate to the source USB flash drive in “Devices” or the source folder of your choice and then click the “Open” button. You will then see the source USB flash drive or source folder’s name populated in the “Contents” field. If you desire to format the target drives prior to duplication, click the drop-down menu of “Format” and select your desired format option. If you do not wish to format the target drives prior to duplication, select either “Append/Overwrite,” which overwrites duplicate files and folders or “Append/Don’t Overwrite,” which duplicate files and folders are not overwritten. Enter your desired quantity of copies and click the “Start” button. You will then be prompted to insert your target drives into the duplicator and click “Continue”. If target drives are already inserted into the duplicator, you will be prompted to remove them or click “Continue” to overwrite the drives. The duplication process will begin automatically once you insert the amount of target drives equal to your copy count or the maximum number of USB ports of your duplicator. The drives’ color status should be yellow, displaying “Running,” and specific process statuses are shown in the Monitoring Section. When specific drives have finished duplicating, the color status on that drive will be light green, displaying “Finished”. If your copy count exceeds the amount of drives you have inserted, you will be prompted to remove the drives that have finished duplicating and insert additional drives. When all target drives have finished duplicating, you will be prompted to remove them from the duplicator. If you would like to leave in the target drives, click “Continue” to ignore or remove later. You may then save your duplication project as a FlashCraft document file, which can be opened for later use and used as a template for frequent tasks. To save your project, click on “File” on the menu bar and select “Save”. Navigate to the location where you would like to save your project, enter the project name in the “Save As” field, and click the “Save” button.
