HOW TO COOK BEEF CURRY

How to cook beef northeast Indian style..
1st steps-boil beef for45 minutes in pressure cooker
2nd steps- heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat , you can add bay leaves and cinnamon stick cook stirring constantly for few second. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes when onion colors change to brownish colors add garlic ginger paste cook them for few minutes and add spices
3rd steps- add boiled beef and cook for few minutes and add hot and red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ad salt
cook them for10 minutes and add boiled beef water
4th steps- cook for 45-60 minute, while cooking you should cover nicely by and plate or cover,

now you can serve the beef curry
